The Services that Voicen LLC (“Voicen”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides you through website and the Services that are available on voicen.com site (“Site”), API, as well as, mobile applications and related services (all new features, applications, Site-Services) are subject to the following Terms of Use of Services:

Description of Services:
We provide you with a simple and intuitive platform for transcription and editing of your audio files and human speech synthesis of your text files via Services. The audio (text) files you uploaded are automatically converted to text (speech). That's why some errors may occur when converting into a transcription (speech). You must admit that you are responsible for correcting transcription mistakes.
Testing:
Each new user is given $1.2 credit of free testing. After these credit have elapsed, or you want to convert the file for more than $1.2, you will need to pay a certain amount. This amount is reflected on the price page. Voicen reserves the right to change these prices and may do so at any time.
Obligations related to services:
Voicen will take all necessary steps to ensure that the Services run smoothly, but you must admit that this will not be 100%.
Voicen is not responsible for any damage that may occur while using the Services.
Voicen's obligation to users cannot exceed the amount paid for the use of the Services.
Voicen is not responsible for the slow operation of the Services due to technical problems on the user's side (low Internet speed, cyber attacks, etc.).

Payment:
Voicen does not store your card information under any circumstances. All processes related to payment are carried out by Authorize.Net LLC. Voicen sends your card information securely to Authorize.Net LLC.
The return of money:
When you upload a file to service, you will be notified of in what cases the quality of the file can be low. If the file you are uploading does not meet these terms or the language you choose is not the correct one, you must accept that Voicen will not refund your money because of the poor quality of the file. Please note that each new user is given the opportunity to test $1.2 credit for free.
Copyright:
All copyrights related to the Services belong to Voicen. Voicen only grants the right to use the Services.
Use for malicious purposes:
Voicen regularly monitors the normal operation of the Services. Voicen will take appropriate legal action if it discovers that any user is causing damage to the Services.
Changes to the Terms of Use:
Terms of Use of the Services may change from time to time. Voicen reserves the right to change the Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. The date of the last update of the Terms of Use is given above. If you continue to use the Services after any changes have been made to the Terms of Use, we will consider that you have accepted the updated Terms of Use.
